Job description

  • Annahme, Aufbau und Installation von Hardware und Peripheriegeräten
  • Einweisung der User nach dem Rollout
  • Aufbau und Installation von PCs inkl. Monitoren, Maus und Tastatur
  • Annahme und Behebung von Störungsmeldungen im Zuge des Rollouts
  • Dokumentation und Kommunikation sowohl teamintern, als auch mit den Kunden vor Ort, * Tarifgebundener Vertrag (GVP)
  • Festes Monatsgehalt inklusive übertarifliche Bezahlung
  • Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
  • Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach GVP
  • Vergütung nach Equal-Pay-Modell
  • Mitarbeiterempfehlungsprogramm
  • Langfristige Kundeneinsätze
  • Hohe Übernahmequote beim Kunden

Requirements

  • Technische Berufsausbildung (z.B. als Servicetechniker (m/w/d), IT Techniker (m/w/d) PC Techniker (m/w/d), Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration etc.) oder ein bis zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
  • Gerne auch IT Quereinsteiger mit guten IT-Kenntnissen!
  • Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen im 1st und 2nd Level Client Support und in der Nutzung von Ticketsystemen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS-Office und aktuellen MS Windows Betriebssystemen (z.B. Windows 10)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
