Controls Team Lead

Marvin is seeking a Controls Team Lead to oversee design, implementation, and support of industrial control systems for our premium window and door manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a small team of controls technicians and engineers, managing PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and upgrades to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient production. You’ll coordinate automation projects, standardize control architectures, support continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations. • Design, program, and maintain PLC, HMI, and related automation systems
• Troubleshoot control system issues to ensure uptime and product quality
• Plan and execute controls and automation projects, upgrades, and integrations
• Develop and standardize control system architectures, documentation, and best practices
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations to support production needs
• Ensure compliance with safety, electrical, and regulatory standards
• Support continuous improvement, data collection, and process optimization initiatives
