Test Management Coordinator

Sonora Quest Laboratories is seeking a Test Management Coordinator to oversee software testing activities across our technology solutions portfolio. In this role, you will plan, schedule, and coordinate test efforts, ensuring high-quality, reliable releases for our global clients. You will build and maintain test plans and cases, track defects, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders. Working in a collaborative, innovation-focused culture, you’ll partner closely with developers and product teams while gaining exposure to complex, cutting-edge projects and ongoing professional development opportunities., * Coordinate end-to-end test planning, scheduling, and execution for software releases

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to define test scope and acceptance criteria
• Track, document, and report defects; support root cause analysis and remediation
• Monitor test progress and quality metrics; prepare test status and summary reports
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Support regression, integration, and user acceptance testing cycles
• Manage test environments, test data, and access coordination
• Identify process improvement opportunities in testing and quality management
• Support onboarding and guidance of team members on test tools and processes
