Master Data Management Processor (MDM)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Setup & Data Analyst to support supplier onboarding and maintenance processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of supplier data across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment., * Manage supplier setup and maintenance for both commodity and non-commodity vendors

• Review and validate documentation including W-9s, supplier setup forms, MSAs, invoices, and banking/contact information
• Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Verify critical supplier data such as tax ID, legal name, banking details, and contact information
• Enter and maintain supplier data across multiple systems (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud, RightAngle, Allegro, Contract Logix, Supplier Portal)
• Generate and review system screenshots and validation records for accuracy and completeness
• Compile and audit document packages to ensure alignment with system data
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approval and validation of supplier setups
• Upload and maintain documentation within SharePoint and internal systems
• Support special projects and process improvements as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-4+ years of experience in data validation, supplier onboarding, procurement, or administrative operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities, * College coursework or degree
• Experience with supplier setup, procurement processes, or data validation workflows
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, RightAngle, Allegro, etc.)
• Experience in the energy or industrial industry

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Standard office environment with regular computer use
• Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
• Occasional lifting of light office materials (up to 10 lbs)

• $107,900-195,050 per year
