Voice Recognition Systems Specialist

Carle Health is seeking a VRS Technology Specialist to design, implement, and support voice recognition solutions that enhance clinical workflows and patient care. In this role, you will configure and maintain VRS platforms, collaborate with clinicians and operational teams to understand requirements, and translate them into secure, reliable technical solutions. You will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with IT and vendors, and create clear documentation. This position also includes training and supporting users, contributing to continuous improvement, and helping drive innovation in a mission-driven, patient-focused environment., * Implement, maintain, and optimize VRS technologies supporting clinical and administrative operations

• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Configure, test, and deploy VRS tools, integrations, and updates in line with security and compliance standards
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with IT and vendors
• Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and user guides for VRS solutions
• Train and support end users to ensure effective adoption and safe use of VRS technologies
• Participate in projects to enhance digital health, data capture, and reporting capabilities

• Voice recognition systems (VRS) configuration and support
