Requirements

Proficient in Kotlin or Swift, async programming
Design and implement software systems spanning wearable devices, IOS/Android mobile applications, and distributed backend services
Strong understanding of memory management, resource ownership, race conditions and deadlock preventions
Debug race conditions, thread-safety issues, and complex concurrency issues
Optimize CPU, memory, latency and system reliabilities
Verbal and written comms skills

Must-have skills:

Mobile - Experience building mobile products in Kotlin/Swift with distributed backends
Concurrency & Async - Experience in multithreaded, event-driven systems
System Engineering - Architecture design, performance optimization, system reliability improvements

Nice-to-have skills:

Wearables - Experience building wearable products (glasses, watches, MR headsets, etc)
C /Rust: Proficient system programming in either programming language
AI/ML Engineering - LLM prompt tuning, evaluation, tool calling, and agent workflows
