Job description

Assist employees with computer, printer, tablet, account, network, phone, and software issues.
Troubleshoot problems, document what was attempted, and follow up with the user until the issue is resolved.
Support Microsoft products, including Windows, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
Set up computers, tablets, user accounts, and other equipment for new or existing employees.
Work closely with contracted IT company when an issue requires vendor access, advanced troubleshooting, purchasing, or network changes.
Learn and support the phone system, camera system, including basic user assistance, phone setup, extensions, and issue escalation.
Use contracted IT company’s ticketing system to submit requests, add useful details, monitor progress, and confirm resolution.
Maintain accurate IT equipment records and keep storage areas organized.
Help Maintain Kiosk Tablets
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving withing the organization

Requirements

Working towards a Technical Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related field.
Advanced computer skills/IT savvy
Detail oriented
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized and able to multitask
Skilled collaborator
Familiar with software integrations
Focused and supportive to management at all times
Self-starter who works well independently
Adaptable and calm under pressure
Expert problem solver
Tasks require walking, sitting, bending, reaching, mobility, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must have flexibility in hours according to specific needs and troubleshooting
