Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager - Cash Logistics

Brink’s is seeking a Security Operations Center Manager to lead our 24/7 SOC supporting secure logistics and cash management operations. In this role, you will oversee real-time monitoring of transportation routes, facilities, and security systems, coordinating rapid response to alarms, incidents, and emerging threats. You will manage SOC staff, refine procedures and runbooks, and partner with operations, logistics, and IT teams to reduce risk and protect people, assets, and critical financial infrastructure in a highly regulated environment., * Lead day-to-day operations of the 24/7 Security Operations Center

• Monitor security systems and transportation operations for threats and anomalies
• Coordinate real-time response to security incidents and escalations
• Develop and enforce SOC procedures, runbooks, and security standards
• Analyze incident trends and generate operational and risk reports
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and IT to mitigate risks
• Manage, coach, and schedule SOC analysts and operators
• Oversee incident documentation, investigations, and root-cause analysis
• Support regulatory, audit, and customer security requirements
