Security Operations Center Specialist - Cash Logistics

Brink’s seeks a Security Operations Center Specialist to monitor security systems and support critical cash management and logistics operations. You will analyze real-time alarms, video, and access control events to detect threats, coordinate incident response, and communicate with armored transport, branch, and corporate teams. Responsibilities include documenting incidents, escalating risks, following strict compliance and security protocols, and supporting investigations. You’ll work in a 24/7, mission-driven environment that values integrity, accuracy, and disciplined execution in support of essential financial infrastructure., * Monitor alarms, video, and access control systems in real time to detect security incidents.

• Assess and triage events, determine severity, and follow defined escalation procedures.
• Communicate with armored transport, branches, and corporate teams during incidents.
• Document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in SOC systems and logs.
• Support investigations with video review, data gathering, and timeline reconstruction.
• Adhere to strict security, compliance, and confidentiality protocols.
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
• Participate in shift handoffs, briefings, and continuous improvement of SOC procedures.
• Use SOC tools and dashboards to analyze patterns and potential risks.
• Support 24/7 operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
