Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer - Agentic AI

Seeking a hands-on Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer to support migration from Microsoft Semantic Kernel to Microsoft Agent Framework. The ideal candidate will have strong Python/Django, Azure AI, RAG, and Agentic AI experience., * Migrate Semantic Kernel plugins, planners, function calling, prompts, memory, and agents to Microsoft Agent Framework.

• Develop AI orchestration solutions using Python/Django.
• Build and maintain RAG solutions with Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI.
• Implement AI tools and connectors using MCP.
• Maintain retrieval, reranking, prompts, citations, APIs, RBAC, and permissions.
• Deploy containerized AI services using Docker/OpenShift.
• Implement AI observability and evaluation using Arize Phoenix/OpenTelemetry.
