Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Platform Automation Engineer to help transform traditional infrastructure management into an AI-driven development lifecycle. This role will focus on integrating autonomous workflows, AI agents, and advanced platform capabilities directly into our internal developer platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in platform engineering, infrastructure automation, cloud technologies, DevOps, and AI-enabled development workflows. You will work closely with engineering, DevOps, and platform teams to build scalable, secure, and self-service solutions that improve developer productivity and operational efficiency., * Design, develop, and maintain internal developer platforms that support modern software development and deployment.

• Build and integrate AI agents, autonomous workflows, and intelligent automation capabilities into platform engineering solutions.
• Develop infrastructure automation and self-service capabilities using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows through automation and AI-driven tools.
• Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps teams, and platform architects to improve development lifecycle efficiency.
• Implement scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure and platform services.
• Develop reusable automation frameworks, APIs, and platform components.
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into developer tools and engineering platforms.
• Establish monitoring, logging, observability, and performance optimization practices.
• Ensure platform solutions meet security, compliance, reliability, and scalability requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, automation, and platform-related issues.

• 8+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, infrastructure automation, software engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or another programming language.
• Experience designing and implementing internal developer platforms or developer self-service solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with automation frameworks and workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with AI agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong understanding of security, observability, monitoring, and infrastructure reliability.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills., * Experience integrating AI agents into developer platforms or enterprise engineering workflows.
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks, LLM APIs, and tool-calling architectures.
• Experience with Backstage or similar internal developer portal platforms.

• Experience with Kubernetes operators, Helm, and service mesh technologies.
• Knowledge of platform engineering practices, including GitOps and self-service infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and compliance automation.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
