Senior Sap Spanish-Payroll Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Spanish Payroll for a full-time position.The role includes providing configuration support during the project’s implementation phase, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering ongoing support for the SAP HCM environment after go-live.Your ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Testing- Configure SAP HCM PY module with a focus o n Spanish Payroll- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.- Ensure compliance with Spanish labour laws and payroll regulations.- Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll processes.- Preparing documentation, test scenarios, and supporting UAT.Service Delivery & Support- Provide support for a newly implemented customer SAP HCM environments.- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.- Manage change requests and enhancements in line with customer needs.Education and experience- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Spanish Payroll configuration.- Knowledge of Time Management module (advantageous).- Proven track record in implementation projects and AMS support.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.Fluent Spanish (native or near-native level).- Good command in English (written and spoken).- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.What we offer- Competitive salary + benefits- Hybrid working mode, offering flexibility and work-life balance- Work from home allowance- Reduced working hours during the month of August- A dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative work environment- Opportunity to work on challenging international projects.- Collaborative and supportive team environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
