• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Expertise with C#, .NET, and Visual Studio for application development
• Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization
• Proven experience designing and implementing REST and/or SOAP API integrations
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes, version control, testing, and deployment
• Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, or data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Familiarity with source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps
• Ability to analyze and translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving application, data, and integration issues
• Excellent documentation abilities, including technical specs and system diagrams
• Prior experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), cloud services (Azure, AWS), and DevOps practices is preferred
• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives is a plus
