Data Center Technician

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Night Data Center Technician to support critical AWS infrastructure. • Perform hardware installations, swaps, cabling, and troubleshooting of servers and network equipment
• Respond to alerts, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate complex issues per AWS procedures
• Execute regular maintenance, inspections, and inventory management of data center assets
• Follow strict security, compliance, and safety protocols within the data center environment
• Document work performed, update tickets, and contribute to process improvements
