Software Engineer, Senior

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions across our cloud product portfolio. As a critical member of our agile engineering team, you will drive technical excellence, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the evolution of Infor’s next-generation applications. A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure applications
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, UX Design, and QA to deliver business-critical features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical roadmap planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives around software performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers through knowledge sharing and code collaboration.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption.
• Champion Infor’s values of speed, innovation, and collaboration.

• Experience in software development, ideally within SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Experience in programming languages relevant to the product stack, such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud-native development using AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
• Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise security and performance tuning techniques.
• Experience with DevOps toolchains and practices.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering talent.
