from requirements gathering to solution delivery and business process implementationConduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify business needs, validate assumptions, shape the direction of process or system improvements, and translate them into clear, actionable project requirementsAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stageWork closely with product managers, design, development, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies and solutionsLead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement throughout project phasesMonitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business outcomesLead business process implementation -
