SAP PS PPM Business Transformation Consultant (17714)

We are seeking a Senior SAP PS/PPM Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and post-migration optimization program. This role will focus on project process assessment, standardization, and optimization across complex SAP environments. The consultant will work with business, finance, and technical teams to design efficient, standardized project management processes., * Assess SAP PS/PPM processes, including WBS, networks, milestones, budgeting, planning, billing, and settlement.

• Lead workshops with project management, finance, operations, and executive stakeholders to define current and future-state processes.
• Configure and optimize SAP PS functionality, including project structures, cost planning, results analysis, settlement, and milestone billing.
• Support SAP PPM integration with Project Systems and related business processes.
• Evaluate custom Z-developments, workflows, reports, and enhancements with ABAP teams and recommend standardization, retrofit, or retirement.
• Design standardized processes for project planning, budgeting, execution, billing, and financial settlement.
• Ensure effective integration with FI/CO, FM, GM, MM, and P2P processes.
• Identify opportunities for SAP AI, embedded analytics, automation, and predictive project reporting.
• Prepare fit-gap analyses, functional specifications, and solution design documentation.
• Support post-migration optimization and deliver solutions within tight timelines.

• 8+ years of SAP Project Systems (PS) consulting experience.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation experience.
• Strong knowledge of PS configuration, WBS, networks, planning, budgeting, results analysis, billing, settlement, and period-end processing.
• Working knowledge of SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM).
• Strong understanding of PS integration with FI/CO, FM, GM, and MM/AP.
• Experience with brownfield transformation, custom code rationalization, and process standardization.
• Experience in banking, financial services, development finance, or public-sector environments.
• Understanding of project governance, budget compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Experience leading business and executive-level transformation workshops.
• Ability to work with ABAP teams to evaluate and optimize custom PS/PPM solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP AI, Fiori, embedded analytics, or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multi-workstream environments.
• SAP PS or S/4HANA certification is preferred.
