BI Developer

Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to build dashboards, develop reporting solutions, and support enterprise analytics initiatives. This position will partner with leadership to provide meaningful insights that drive business decisions., * Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Create and optimize SQL queries and data models.
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
• Build KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Support self-service analytics and data governance efforts.

• 3+ years of BI development experience.
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling and ETL processes.
