Graph Data Engineer / SPARQL Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Graph Data Engineer / SPARQL Developer for a Contract with a client in Denver, CO (Remote). The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and optimizing telecom network inventory solutions, integrating OSS/BSS systems, and supporting real-time data architectures using Kafka, REST APIs, and semantic web technologies. Rate Range: $45/Hour to $49/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Graph Data Engineer / SPARQL Developer Responsibilities include: Design, develop, and optimize SPARQL queries and semantic data models using RDF, OWL, and Semantic Web technologies. Build and maintain graph database solutions using platforms such as Stardog and Neo4j to support network inventory and CMDB use cases. Integrate telecom systems across OSS/BSS environments, enabling seamless service fulfillment, provisioning, and activation processes. Develop and support real-time, event-driven data pipelines leveraging Kafka, REST APIs, and related integration technologies. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to model telecom network architecture and ensure accurate data representation within graph-based systems. Utilize SQL, Python, and JavaScript for data processing, analysis, visualization, and performance optimization of graph data solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in graph data engineering, semantic web technologies, data integration, or telecom OSS/BSS environments. Hands-on expertise with SPARQL, RDF, OWL, EXFO Ontology (PRONTO), and graph databases such as Stardog or Neo4j. Strong understanding of telecom network architecture, service fulfillment (provisioning and activation), CMDB, and network inventory management.
