Technical Program Manager, Space Systems

Vantor is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Space Systems to lead complex software and data initiatives supporting space-focused clients. You will own program planning, delivery, and stakeholder communication across modern web, data, and cloud projects. Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, managing technical dependencies, coordinating engineering teams, and ensuring quality, security, and scalability. You’ll use agile methods, guide risk management, and align solutions with client goals while fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement in a modern, low ego environment., * Own end-to-end planning and delivery of technical programs for space systems clients.

• Define program scope, roadmaps, and milestones aligned to client business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering, data, and cloud teams to deliver solutions.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across projects.
• Implement and refine agile practices, ceremonies, and metrics for transparency.
• Ensure quality, security, and scalability across software and data solutions.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
• Align architecture and implementation with modern cloud and automation best practices.
• Facilitate continuous improvement, retrospectives, and knowledge sharing.
• Support pre-sales, estimation, and solution shaping for new client initiatives.
