URGENT REQ Mern Stack Solution Architect (REMOTE)

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ years of experience

• Candidate should have 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years specifically working deeply within the MERN stack.
• Should have 3+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or Technical Lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of React.js state management (Redux, Context, etc.), and Node.js backend development
• Should have Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, and modern deployment pipelines.
• Candidate should have proven track record of managing Agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban) and using project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana, etc.).
• Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
