Build For Growth Mechanical Engineer I

• Provide support to the operation and maintenance of the plant’s equipment
• Create, implement, and monitor Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs
• Monitor reliability based systems including preventative maintenance systems, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring
• Participate in the creation of preventative maintenance routines (PMRs) and bills of materials (BOMs) for new equipment
• Support and guide sustainable improvements in Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) of major equipment

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of equivalent experience
• Field of Study Preferred: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar field
• 0-3 years of required work experience
• Required computer and software skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Self-starter/ highly motivated team player
