SAP PS Consultant - Permanent

The role is suited to a consultant with strong SAP Project Systems (PS) expertise who has been involved in at least one full lifecycle implementation and is looking to step into or continue within a Team Lead or Manager-level position. You will work closely with business stakeholders, lead project workstreams, and support SAP transformation programmes across multiple implementations., * Lead SAP PS workstreams across implementation and transformation projects.

• Gather and analyse business requirements from key stakeholders.
• Configure and customise SAP PS solutions to meet business needs.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to go-live and hypercare support.
• Provide functional expertise and best practice guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants and project team members.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support testing, training, deployment and change management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Essential

• Strong experience as an SAP PS Consultant.
• Minimum of one full end-to-end SAP implementation project.
• Experience across the full SAP project lifecycle.
• Hands-on SAP PS configuration experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and business-facing consulting skills.
• Experience leading teams, workstreams or projects.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Brussels.

Desirable

• Experience leading larger SAP delivery teams.
• Exposure to multiple SAP implementations.
• Previous consulting background.
• SAP S/4HANA project experience.
• Engineering, manufacturing, utilities, construction or project-based industry experience.
• Additional European languages.
