SAP PS Manager Permanent (Belgium based)

Senior SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant position within a consulting environment, likely at Manager/Senior Manager level. The role combines SAP PS solution delivery, client stakeholder management, team leadership, business development and pre-sales activities. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end SAP PS implementations, develop client relationships, support sales activity and mentor consulting teams across multiple projects., SAP Delivery

• Lead end-to-end SAP PS implementations
• Gather requirements and run workshops
• Configure SAP PS solutions
• Design scalable project accounting and project management processes
• Oversee SIT, UAT, deployment and hypercare

Stakeholder Management

• Manage senior client relationships
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Deliver training and ongoing support
• Act as trusted advisor for SAP PS strategy

Leadership

• Lead and mentor consultants
• Assess team performance
• Support capability growth
• Drive delivery excellence

Business Development

• Support proposal writing and RFP responses
• Contribute to sales pursuits
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts
• Help shape future SAP offerings

Strategy & Innovation

• Drive SAP S/4HANA adoption
• Contribute to service development
• Support innovation initiatives across the practice

Must Have

• 8+ years SAP PS experience
• Multiple end-to-end SAP PS implementations
• Strong configuration experience including:
