Full Stack Developer - Senior - EY GDS Spain - Hybrid

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular and modern web accessibility standards to join our Technology Consulting practice.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications that deliver exceptional user experiences while meeting accessibility and compliance requirements.

You will collaborate with global teams, architects, UX designers, and business stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Angular and Spring Boot technologies., * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Angular and Spring Boot.

• Lead frontend development activities and drive best practices for Angular architecture, performance, and maintainability.
• Ensure applications comply with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and promote accessibility-first development practices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement highly accessible and responsive user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot.
• Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full application stack.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure functional, accessibility, and performance requirements are met.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to support automated deployments and testing.

To qualify for the role, you must have

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (Angular 14+ preferred).
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Demonstrable experience implementing WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and accessibility testing tools.
• Experience working with accessibility technologies including screen readers and keyboard navigation requirements.
• Strong backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Strong English communication skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with Angular Material.
• Experience with accessibility auditing tools such as Axe, Lighthouse, WAVE, or similar.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of OWASP security principles.
• Previous experience delivering solutions within a consulting or professional services environment.
