Working within a dynamic design team you will participate in the development of next generation 4G LTE & 5G chipsets in the IoT wireless space.RESPONSIBILITIES:You will oversee the modem architecture, providing specifications, analysis and main design choices, thanks to interaction with the teams of algorithm development, HW design, DSP/embedded SW design and platform integration.You should contribute to the definition and application of a mature process to guarantee the delivery of solutions as per global Qualcomm quality policy throughout the various teams.You will be responsible for ensuring that the technical definition of the modem will meet the product definition as set by strategy and marketing teams.PROFILE:At least 15

years of experience in similar positionTrack record of successful design of ASIC and SoCGood technical knowledge in DSP/HW/RF/ASIC designStrong expertise in chip architecture and dimensioning, RF/HW/SW partitioning, tradeoff management, low power designStrong experience in working with various teams, including cross cultural and offshore teamsEfficiency, commitment, leadership and charisma, customer driven, autonomy and ability to interact at all levels within the companyExperience in wireless systems, ideally in 4G/5GExcellent written and oral communications skillsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
