Software Engineer - Core IP Security

You should be comfortable working across the full stack, from service backends and APIs to cryptographic libraries and infrastructure automation in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience.Essential:Strong experience delivering production-quality software, ideally using C#/.NETStrong understanding of software architecture, concurrency, distributed systems and API designExperience building or operating security-sensitive systems where correctness and auditability are criticalSound engineering judgement, balancing security, performance, reliability and deliveryClear communication skills and a collaborative, pragmatic approachExperience with modern development practices, including CI/CD, code review and automated testingHighly desirable:Experience with cryptography, key management or security-sensitive infrastructureExperience with hardened environments, operational controls or shared security componentsFamiliarity with access control, identity management or approval workflow enginesStrong Linux, infrastructure automation and Kubernetes experience, including infrastructure as code and observability toolingFull-stack development experience for internal tools and dashboardsNice to have:Experience with Python, TypeScript, Go or RustExposure to threat modelling
