Technical Lead - Data Integration Platform

You’ll lead the design and delivery of reliable ETL pipelines using Apache Airflow, improve CI/CD and platform automation, and create clear end-to-end data lineage from source systems to downstream vendors. What you’ll do: Lead platform architecture, technical roadmap, and engineering delivery. Design and develop scalable Airflow pipelines using Python. Improve reliability through retries, idempotency, reconciliation, and resilient failure handling. Evolve multi-tenant architecture, configuration, and metadata-driven processing. Strengthen CI/CD, automated testing, security checks, and deployment processes. Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and data lineage. Mentor engineers and collaborate with product, architecture, governance, and vendor teams. What you’ll bring: Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Senior Data Engineer. Strong production experience with Apache Airflow, Python, and ETL/ELT pipelines. Hands-on GCP experience with services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, GKE, or Cloud Run. Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code-ideally Terraform-and cloud security. Knowledge of multi-tenant platforms, data quality, observability, or lineage is highly desirable. Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
