HR Process & Systems Support

We’re looking for a HR Process & Systems Support to join our team and play a key role in improving how we use systems, data and reporting across the business. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys working with business systems, data analysis and reporting. You’ll be responsible for helping ensure our systems and data are accurate, reliable and fit for purpose, while turning complex information into clear, meaningful insights through Power BI. You’ll work closely with teams within HR and across the organisation to understand their requirements, identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting, and develop solutions that help people make better, data-driven decisions., # Develop, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards, reports and data visualisations. # Gather and understand reporting requirements from stakeholders across the business. # Support the day-to-day management and development of HR systems. # Investigate data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them. # Build and maintain reliable datasets and reporting processes. # Create and maintain Power BI data models, measures and DAX calculations. # Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. # Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve data processes. # Produce regular management information and ad-hoc analysis where required. # Support system upgrades, testing, implementation and continuous improvement. # Maintain appropriate documentation for systems, reports, data sources and processes. # Promote good data governance, accuracy and consistency across the organisation. # Help respond to day to day queries and support for System users.

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, curious and technically minded, with a genuine interest in using data and systems to improve the way a business operates. You’ll ideally have: # Experience working with Power BI and developing business dashboards and reports. # Good knowledge of data analysis and visualisation. # Experience working with databases, spreadsheets or other business data sources. # An understanding of data modelling and DAX. # Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. # The ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions. # Experience supporting or working with business systems. # Excellent attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy. # Strong communication skills
