Job description

Are you passionate about technology and delivering excellent customer support? West Dunbartonshire Council has an exciting opportunity for a motivated 1st Line Support Analyst to join our ICT Device team. As a key member of our IT support section, you’ll be the first point of contact for resolving hardware and software issues across our organisation.

Requirements

Ready to take the first step toward an exciting career in ICT device support? Do you have a strong knowledge of Windows Operating System and common office software? Are you familiar with mobile device management (MDM) solutions? Do you have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure? Requirements This post is considered a Regulated Role with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2020 and as such membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Preferred applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
