A very well-established family IT services business, supporting principally primary schools, is seeking an experienced ICT Technician to support its schools across South and West London boroughs like Hammersmith, Ealing, Key, Richmond etc. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional looking to develop their 2^nd line skills and their customer-focused technical skills. The successful candidate will have IT support experience working in a field role or helpdesk environment, providing remote and onsite support to a broad range of clients. Strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service are essential.
