IAM Platform Manager

This full-time IAM Platform Manager role offers the chance to take ownership of a critical Identity and Access Management platform supporting thousands of users across multiple international locations. You’ll play a key role in shaping IAM strategy, driving platform improvements, and enhancing security, governance and user experience.Own and manage the enterprise Identity and Access Management platform, ensuring stability, performance and scalability.Define and deliver the platform roadmap, including upgrades, enhancements and feature adoption.Oversee identity lifecycle processes, including Joiners, Movers and Leavers.Ensure compliance with security, audit and regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain platform governance frameworks and operational standards.Manage third-party vendors and technology partners, ensuring service quality and
