Configure and maintain integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD/Entra ID and other identity

sources. Develop custom automation and scripting using PowerShell, SQL and other scripting technologies. Support the full software development lifecycle including testing, deployment and ongoing platform improvements. Maintain authentication, authorisation and identity lifecycle processes across enterprise systems. Perform platform upgrades, troubleshoot issues and optimise system performance. Conduct security reviews, support audits and ensure compliance with recognised security frameworks. Provide technical leadership, mentor colleagues and contribute to IAM best practice across the organisation.Senior IAM Engineer RequirementsCommercial experience developing and supporting One Identity Manager. Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management and Identity Governance principles. Experience with authentication protocols including LDAP, SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect. Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and SQL/T-SQL. Experience integrating Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP and enterprise identity sources. Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs. Good understanding of identity lifecycle management, access controls and least privilege principles. Experience working within security frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST or CIS.
