Salesforce Developer

SUMMARY: The Salesforce Developer helps design, develop and provide post-release support of the Salesforce implementation for Sales and Experience clouds., * Design, develop, unit test, and provide post-release support of Salesforce.com implementations for Sales and Experience clouds.

• Participate in the full application life cycle - design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Possess proficiency in data integration techniques, including ETL processes, data warehousing, and pipeline development.
• Assist with the gathering of business requirements for various development efforts.
• Develop Salesforce integrations using API and other integration tools.
• Use Salesforce Automation tools. (Flows, validation rules, and automation tools to optimize business processes.)
• Possess strong skills in querying and manipulating large datasets using SQL And SOQL.
• Use data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for generating informative reports and dashboards.
• Apply data governance principles and best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Use analytical abilities to interpret data, recognize trends, and offer insights for informed decision-making.
• Responsible for data cleaning, normalization, and validation to uphold data accuracy and integrity.
• Document system configurations, customizations, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of reported problems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four-year college or university.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Computer skills required: Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, querying and manipulating large datasets using SQL And SOQL.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and administrator certifications preferred.
