Solutions Engineer

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Quantum Metric, you’re the senior technical advisor behind our most strategic, highest-value sales opportunities. Working closely with Enterprise Account Executives, you’ll guide complex enterprise organizations across the Americas from measuring digital experience to acting on it - both within our core platform and autonomously through Felix AI, our Agentic solution.

You’ll own technical strategy for your largest deals end-to-end, mentor the broader SE team, and represent Quantum Metric to senior stakeholders from VP of Digital to CIO/CDO., * Strategic Advisory: Own the technical strategy for the most complex enterprise sales cycles across the Americas, from initial discovery to close, often across multi-quarter, multi-stakeholder deals

• Solution Design: Architect and lead tailored demonstrations and narratives - including Felix Agentic use cases - that align Quantum Metric’s platform to C-level business outcomes
• POC Execution: Lead and de-risk the most technically and politically complex proof-of-concepts, defining success criteria and quantifying enterprise-scale business value
• Technical Architecture: Design scalable, enterprise-grade solution architectures and articulate ROI-based value propositions for the largest accounts in the portfolio
• Team Leadership: Mentor and upskill other Solutions Engineers, share best practices, and act as a technical escalation point for the broader team
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Account Executives, RVP’s, and Customer Success on deal orchestration for named/strategic accounts, and coordinate closely with Product/Engineering on post-sales onboarding and roadmap influence
• Market Influence: Lead RFP responses for strategic accounts and serve as a structured voice of the customer into the product roadmap, particularly around Felix Agentic

• Experience: 6+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within SaaS or software, with a track record on large, complex deals
• Sales Acumen: Proven success leading - not just supporting - complex, multi-layered sales cycles in the Digital Experience / Digital Analytics space
• Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence, equally credible with technical teams (architects/developers) and C-suite (CIO/CDO)
• Technical Depth: Hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and ROI-based solutioning; native iOS/Android experience a plus
• Leadership: Experience mentoring or informally leading other SEs, and building reusable tools/assets beyond your own deals
• Communication: Exceptional storytelling and executive-level presentation skills, with clear ownership up and down the chain - aligning AEs and leadership while staying a dependable partner to ICs. Disciplined Salesforce hygiene is a must.
• Agility: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-stakes deals simultaneously, with 20-25% travel
• Linguistic Skills: Professional level fluency in Spanish is a plus, * Deep experience in Digital Experience Analytics or CXM platforms
• Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data architecture, or tagging strategies - ideally applied in a live deal context
• Background in high-growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting
• Experience operating as an informal or formal technical lead for a pre-sales team
