SAP Digital Supply Chain Manager - Manufacturing

A. O. Smith seeks an SAP Digital Supply Chain Lead to drive end-to-end supply chain transformation in a global manufacturing environment. In this role, you will own the SAP digital supply chain roadmap, lead design and optimization of planning, procurement, production, and logistics processes, and partner with engineering, operations, and IT. You will lead implementations and enhancements of SAP S/4HANA and related tools, manage cross-functional projects, ensure data integrity and performance, and coach teams in best practices to improve efficiency, visibility, and service across our water heater and treatment businesses.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the SAP digital supply chain roadmap for global manufacturing operations.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP supply chain processes across planning, procurement, production, and logistics.
• Lead end-to-end SAP projects, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, IT, and finance to align solutions with business goals and KPIs.
• Ensure data integrity, system performance, and effective integration with MES and related systems.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to improve visibility into supply, demand, and inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices across plants and regions.
• Train and coach users, super-users, and functional leads on SAP processes and tools.
• Manage change impacts, communication, and adoption for new digital supply chain capabilities.
• Support issue resolution, enhancements, and governance for SAP supply chain modules.
