In this dynamic phone- and email-driven role, you will connect directly with key decision-makers, uncover operational pain points, and match businesses with modern cloud and IT security solutions., + Business Growth: Execute outbound campaigns targeting prospective clients to generate new revenue streams and identify expansion opportunities.

• Consultative Outreach: Connect with C-level executives through cold calling and strategic emailing to discover their tech needs and present tailored cloud infrastructure and security options.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain high activity levels, track all prospect data, and manage pipeline movement efficiently within a modern CRM platform.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach metrics and quarterly sales goals.
• Collaboration: Partner with regional sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities down the sales funnel.

• Language Skills: Native or C2-level Ukrainian along with professional C1 English fluency.
• Sales Background: 3+ years of successful B2B outbound sales or business development experience within the IT industry.
• Tech Aptitude: Strong grasp of cloud architecture concepts and business security needs; familiarity with modern CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Communication & Drive: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, an analytical mind, and a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (preferably in a technical or business discipline). Core Competencies
