Senior Software Engineer - AI Training Projects

We are recruiting experienced Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers to support large-scale AI training projects.

No previous AI experience is required. The work is focused on real software engineering problems including:

• Debugging complex code
• Implementing new features
• Refactoring codebases
• Performance optimisation
• Reviewing and validating code
• Creating challenging coding tasks and reference solutions
• Working across existing and unfamiliar repositories

We are particularly interested in engineers with strong experience in:

• Python
• Java
• TypeScript / JavaScript
• Node.js
• Go
• Rust
• C++
• React

You should have strong commercial software engineering experience, good knowledge of algorithms and data structures, and confidence working on complex technical problems.

Experience in backend development, full-stack engineering, system design, automated testing, code review or cybersecurity would be highly relevant.
