SIT/UAT/go-live and post-production stabilisationOwning data migration, reconciliation and billing validationMentoring the wider delivery team and producing technical documentation Technical Lead - Key Skills Required 7+ years’ experience in billing, revenue management or telecom/digital billing technologyStrong hands-on experience with Zuora (or equivalent platforms - Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, Optiva)Proven track record in technical leadership, solution design and production supportSolid grounding in REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, middleware/integration platformsComfortable in Agile and Waterfall delivery environmentsCelfocus accelerator experience is a strong plus, not a hard requirement Please apply now if this role is of interest.
