WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our Regional Treasury EMEA department is responsible for the Treasury and Cash Management activity of BASF Group companies in the EMEA region. Within our Bank team, we are responsible for validating customer and supplier master data, ensuring adherence to internal Fraud Prevention requirements.
- In your new role, you support the project team with day-to-day tasks such as mass changes.
- In addition, you are responsible for managing your own small projects from initiation through to full completion, as well as providing reports and supporting optimization projects.
- The validation and preparation of new business partners form a core part of your responsibilities, along with various analyses and reports depending on requests and needs.
- Besides that, you are ensuring that team knowledge, communications, and publications are kept up to date.
- Lastly, you are in regular contact with various units across the BASF Group.
Requirements
- commercial vocational training or studies and first professional experience in the field of Master Data and working in projects
- confident handling in working with SAP R/3, particularly in the FI module, as well as with MS Office
- comprehensive knowledge of process flows, Business Partner master data workflow, products, customers and entity goals
- strong analytical sense and an eye for details is required, goal-oriented, precise working methods and high customer orientation
- fluent and convincing communication in English, further language skills are welcome
Benefits & conditions
- Gross annual salary (full-time): 40.000 - 46.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience - In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company’s success
