Technical Hardware Team Member - Leicester

We are looking for a Technical Hardware Team Member to join a growing technology business in Leicester.

This is a hands-on role working with laptops and PCs, including checking hardware, replacing components and preparing devices for resale. Full training will be provided, so extensive diagnostic or repair experience is not essential. Duties:

• Check and test laptops and PCs
• Replace components including RAM, SSDs, batteries, screens and keyboards
• Carry out basic hardware/software troubleshooting
• Test, clean and prepare devices for resale
• Record device specifications and stock information
• Maintain an organised and efficient workspace

• An interest in computers, laptops and technology
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Some practical hardware or technical support experience is beneficial
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and willing to learn
• Comfortable working as part of a team
