Job description

• Create JIRA dashboards and visualizations for reporting metrics aligned to the PM MAGTF C2 mission and vision across Agile Release Trains.
• Assist in managing the flow of epics using a Portfolio Kanban system within JIRA.
• Track and display key flow metrics including Work in Progress, Throughput, and Blockers.
• Maintain portfolio information and solicit/update inputs from the MAGTF C2 organization on required reporting cycles.
• Support reliable, decision-useful portfolio data and reporting for Government stakeholders, * Personnel must satisfy applicable DoD, Department of the Navy, and Marine Corps personnel-security and system-access requirements for assigned duties.
• The overall effort requires a Secret Facility Clearance and SIPRNet access. Exact individual clearance/access requirements should be confirmed against the final staffing assignment before an external posting states a specific clearance level.
