Junior Penetration Tester

Our client seeks a Junior Penetration Tester to support security assessments across web applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, and networks. This role involves identifying vulnerabilities, conducting penetration tests, and providing detailed reports to clients., * Conduct penetration tests on web applications, networks, and cloud environments

• Identify and document security vulnerabilities and weaknesses
• Develop and execute testing strategies and methodologies
• Create comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and objectives
• Stay current on emerging security threats and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in penetration testing or related security roles
• Knowledge of common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10, etc.)
• Familiarity with penetration testing tools (Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, etc.)
• Understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network protocols
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or similar
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of web application development frameworks
• Understanding of encryption and cryptographic protocols
