Job description

  • Manual data clean-up
  • Assess, cleanse, categorize, and spot check customer spend data
  • Aggregate and cleanse data to help train machine learning algorithms
  • Work with members of the Customer Success team to support customer data needs
  • Research purchased services data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Ad-hoc reporting

Requirements

  • Excel experience - formulas, pivot tables etc.
  • Excellent critical thinker, strong problem solver
  • Outstanding organizational skills, ability to oversee multiple projects
  • Fast learner, adept at understanding and implementing new technologies on the fly
  • Excel guru, able to slice and dice data to perfection
  • Expedient perfectionist, striving to finish initiatives as fast as possible while maintaining the highest quality, Algorithms, Analysis Skills, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cost Control, Customer Support/Service, Customer/Client Research, Data Analysis, Data Cleaning, Data Collection, Financial Reporting, Machine Learning, Multitasking, Organizational Skills, Pivot Tables, Problem Solving Skills, Project Tracking, Purchasing/Procurement, Quality Management, SLICE (Simulation Language with Integrated Circuit Emphasis), Training/Teaching, Trend Analysis
