Data Generation

Job description

Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/data processing solutions.
Build solutions for data generation, collection, transformation, migration and deployment across systems.
Ensure data quality, accessibility, reliability and performance across data platforms.
Monitor and optimise data pipelines, identifying and resolving performance or reliability issues.
Work across engineering and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Provide technical expertise, contribute to architectural and engineering decisions, and solve complex data challenges.
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices and knowledge sharing.
Drive continuous improvement through new technologies and modern data engineering practices.

Requirements

Expert-level Data Engineering experience.
Strong Java development experience.
Advanced AWS experience.
Advanced Apache Kafka and Kubernetes experience.
Experience with ETL, data pipelines, data integration and large-scale data processing.
Knowledge of Big Data engineering technologies and practices.
Experience working across multiple technical teams and taking ownership of engineering decisions.
SC Clearance would be preferred
