These contractors will support keeping the lights on work to free up their team members for a number of projects, including merging the network environments between the companies and key lifecycle refresh work. These contractors will be heavily involved in support operations and triage for networking tickets. common ones include site outages, VPN issues, network managed services, monitoring, port configuration, working with LAN/WAN. A large amount of the work will also be working with their service providers., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
