This position requires strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, and to interface with software developers, test engineers, other system engineers, program management, quality assurance engineers, and customer representatives., * Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related technical field and/or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of systems engineering concepts and processes
• Ability to work onsite in Huntsville, Alabama
• Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. Obtaining a security clearance requires US Citizenship

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of development, documentation, and verification of system requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts
• Familiarity with MBSE and tools such as Cameo
• Familiarity with DOORs
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage and interact in group meeting/working environments with team members, development organizations and customers.
• Capable of working both independently and within a small team environment.

Full-Time Salary Range: $58200.00 - $108200.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
