Job description
Applicant Coordination
- Call applicants to schedule and confirm interviews.
- Send reminders and follow up with no-shows to reschedule.
- Track candidate communication and updates in our system.
Reception & Administrative Support
- Answer phone calls professionally and route messages as needed.
- Respond to emails and online inquiries promptly.
- Assist with data entry, spreadsheets, and general admin tasks.
Social Media Support
- Post job opportunities and updates on social channels.
- Monitor and respond to comments/messages.
- Help brainstorm and draft content ideas for recruiting and engagement.
Requirements
- Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace.
- Excellent phone etiquette, friendly and clear verbal communication.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Familiar with Google Workspace or MS Office.
- Comfortable using social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, or admin work preferred.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
