Epic EMR

Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Integration Analyst/Engineer to support enterprise interoperability initiatives and Epic go-live activities. This individual will play a key role in the analysis, design, build, testing, and support of interfaces used to exchange clinical and operational data across healthcare systems.

The ideal candidate will bring experience from Epic implementations, conversions, or healthcare system migrations and have a strong understanding of HL7 messaging, Epic Bridges, and InterSystems IRIS. This role will work closely with Epic application teams, operational stakeholders, project leadership, and technical resources to ensure interface requirements are defined, validated, and successfully deployed.

Must have IRIS experience, EHR-to-Epic migrations, Epic implementations, System conversions, Interface transition planning, Cutover and go-live support, HL7 interface development, Data mapping and transformations, Interface troubleshooting, Integration testing, Production support, Epic Bridges, Epic integrations, Clinical systems connectivity, Healthcare interoperability standards, Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, Additional Epic Certifications, FHIR APIs, Cloverleaf experience, Healthcare data migration, Clinical workflow analysis, UAT coordination, Requirements documentation, Release management, Healthcare project implementation experience, Active Epic Bridges Certification

Hands-on HL7 interface experience

InterSystems IRIS for Health experience

Experience supporting Epic implementations or conversions

Healthcare interoperability experience

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Multiple Epic go-live experiences

Large health system implementation experience

2+ full lifecycle healthcare implementations

Experience working across Ambulatory, Inpatient, Laboratory, or ancillary systems
