Sr. Software Engineer, Robotaxi

Tesla’s Robotaxi Software team enables Robotaxi to launch and scale through software. The Sr Software Engineer will coordinate and build mission-critical Robotaxi software. What You’ll Do

• Productionize mission-critical software, such as data analytics platforms and fleet management tools
• Productionize and technically coordinate software
• Support technical discovery
• Partnering with stakeholders on building impactful products

• Experience as a software engineer productionizing internal tools used by other teams
• Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces with many stakeholders and no existing playbook
• Track record coordinating technically across teams you do not control
• Clear written and verbal communication: design docs and decisions others can execute
• Comfort owning a problem domain end to end: the right technical path, pushback when partner teams are off it, and writing code when they cannot move
• Experience with fleet, logistics, vehicle operations, or similarly operational domains (preferred)
